I can’t begin to describe how much I LOVE my new (to me, anyway) Grand Cherokee!! I came to have my Pathfinder serviced last Saturday (9/30) and decided to test drive it while I was waiting. I instantly fell in love with it at first site and just had to have it after the drive. Chris Hudson and his trainee, James, were excellent! They showed me all around the vehicle, describing many of the features in detail, and kept asking questions to make sure they understood what I was looking for. I’ll admit I was very upset to learn that Liz was let go. I was quite fond of her, but Chris is even better! Darmin was also excellent, working to get me a great deal, Cheri set up an appointment to get me a second key fob, and Jaryd helped me quickly plow through all the paperwork. Linda, as always, was warm and friendly, chatting with me while I waited for the Grand Cherokee to be brought up, and even Lance and Nooney stopped to say hi. I’m sure Aldo would’ve done the same had he been there. They ended up having to replace the battery for me but gave me a rental for the weekend. John did a great job getting the Pathfinder ready in case I decided to keep it. He even threw in a free fuel treatment. I always feel like a VIP rock star there! With such excellent people, Maus is the only dealership that will ever get my business! Keep up the great work!! More

Our recent vehicle purchase from Maus Nissan NPR was a great experience. As a then current owner of a 2017 Pathfinder and Maus customer, I was already familiar and happy with my vehicle and dealer relatio great experience. The experience of this new vehicle purchase, and initial quality of the vehicle, has solidified that feeling and relationship. Our salesperson Matt Boylan, and his manager Jaryd Gerhart, were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased many vehicles in my time, and generally when you walk into a dealer the look, feel and attention from sales folks can be overwhelming and very pressured. This was not the case at Maus. The look and feel of the facility was welcoming and comfortable. The sales folks and other employees, were extremely helpful and professional, but never pushy or made it feel like they were rushing you. The closing process was relatively quick (for buying a car), and even my young teenager commented that it was a nice environment and didn’t feel too worn down over all the waiting. The great snacks and drinks definitely helped get through that, along with the ability to keep her phone charged (they even offered us a charger to use). Since we purchased the vehicle, I have had to come back a couple times for some accessory and additional extended warranty purchases and was very pleased to have employees recognize me quickly. Even the reception area greeter remembered me when I walked in, which was very unexpected, but no less appreciated. Will definitely be back to see them when it is time to trade in our family truck. More

I was treated like I was part of the family during my car buying yesterday. Everyone of the employees were more than eager to make me feel welcome. I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MAUS NISSAN! I bought a NEW 2021 I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MAUS NISSAN! I bought a NEW 2021 Titan PRO-4X from Maus Nissan in New Port Richey FL on 4/11/2021. As I test drove the vehicle i I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MAUS NISSAN! I bought a NEW 2021 Titan PRO-4X from Maus Nissan in New Port Richey FL on 4/11/2021. As I test drove the vehicle it had a flashing shift indicator light, the sales guy said it was due to it being low on fuel. I bought the truck thinking this would go away when the tank was filled. After the tank was filled it didn’t go away but I drove the truck home to find out on the way home that the seatbelts were wet also (leaking sunroof). The next morning (4/12/2021) I drove it back to the dealer and there it sits. After a week, I’m being told that the sunroof seals came in but are not installed and the computer need to be replaced, but the computer is in short supply could be two more weeks until they get one and they are not 100% sure this will correct the flashing shift indicator light. Today 4/20/21, I went back to the dealer, talked to them about swapping out the truck for a different truck since I only drove it roughly 40 miles and had it in my possession for less than 24 hours. Rather than swapping the vehicle for a like Titan PRO-4X instead they decided to negotiate a new truck purchase instead. The first offer they asked for $8,000.00 dollars for a truck that was MSRP $1,400.00 cheaper than the one I bought. (They told me I was trading in a used vehicle) I told them NO. After I cleaned my personal belongings from my truck, they came back at me with another offer of $3000.00 I again said NO. The final time they came back they came at me with $1,000.00 and again I said NO. This is ridiculous! I was at the dealer to speak with management about swapping out a brand new truck I bought a week ago that was broken from the start, not to negotiate a new deal with trading in a used truck . I bought a new truck and I’m just trying to get a truck that is in proper working order. The lemon law will apply to my truck purchase after 15 days. I don’t want to have to pull the trigger on the lemon law procedure. If they only had a loaner/rental truck for me to use while I wait I would be happier. Their line is that the don’t rent out or loan out trucks only cars. ALL I WANT IS MY TRUCK FIXED AND NOT IN 3-4 WEEKS. More
