Jazz and the sales team are absolutely amazing. We have bought several vehicals from Lead Car and now from Mastrovito, all through Jazz. I send all my family and friends to him. I only gave Mastrovito a 4 star because there is room for improvement in the service department. We bought a new truck 3 weeks ago and had a serious brake issue. Loss of brakes completely. Truck was dropped off by flat bed on Friday morning and we heard nothing into Monday. Mind you this was a brand new truck, we haven't even made the first payment on it or received the new registration yet. When Jazz called to see how it was going and I told him it wasn't even in the shop yet to be looked at he jumped right to action. Maybe we will here from service tomorrow. I just dont think it's right that we should have to call to check on our brand new vehical. I have had trouble with the service department in the past with my last new vehical a 2023 that i ordered. Don't get me wrong it's not all of them but a few bad apples kind of puts a bad taste in your mouth. I dont feel right naming names so I will not on here. More
