I purchased a vehicle from Ourisman while I was heavily pregnant, specifically because I needed safe, reliable transportation for my newborn son. What I got was the opposite. After 5 months of driving, a routine inspection at Volkswagen revealed that my rear brake pads were under 2mm — critically worn and in need of immediate replacement, along with the rotors. This was a serious safety hazard that put both me and my child at risk every single day. When I contacted the dealership, I was met with dismissiveness, deflection, and eventually silence — ignored calls and texts. A staff member told me to “talk to the managers” once I mentioned legal action, rather than taking any accountability. I was promised safety and transparency at the time of purchase. Neither was delivered. Buyers beware — especially if you are purchasing a vehicle for a growing family. Do your own independent inspection before driving off this lot. I also paid for 2 years of licence tags but was only give one year. My sales person was Jasmine and the manager Richard. More
