I went in for an oil change on a Saturday. I was given a list of suggested repairs I made an appointment to come back the following week. When I arrived my car was checked in. Shortly after be I was given a list of suggested repairs I made an appointment to come back the following week. When I arrived my car was checked in. Shortly after being in the waiting room the young man who wrote up my service ticket told me the charges were incorrect and basically all the prices were doubled. Not very professional. This location has always been quite fair but I was disappointed by this turn of events. More

I’ve bought quite a few vehicles in my time and I usually dread going through the process because of high pressure salesman and hour long negotiations but, my experience at Midtown Kia was actually quite ple dread going through the process because of high pressure salesman and hour long negotiations but, my experience at Midtown Kia was actually quite pleasant. My salesman was easy going and negotiations went smooth without too much back and forth. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the market for another Kia. More
