I have always purchased vehicles through Craigslist and avoided dealerships. I was extremely happy to find EchoPark and appreciate their non-commissioned sales staff. I was explained that the store is like a Costco- they’re wholesale, so you get the best price without haggling at all. In fact, they do not even allow haggling which is even better so you don’t have to worry if someone who is better at negotiating will get a better price. Overall, I was impressed and the staff even allowed me to look over every aspect of the car and engine for 20-30 minutes. There was no push to buy and everyone was extremely helpful. I’d definitely buy here again and recommend. More

Providing a low to no stress environment for them to make decisions was awesome for them. The “absence” of being passed around from person to person, each one with a new upsell… Others should take note. Begin, continue, and finish with the same Experience Guide. Nice. Had a less than great experience with an EchoPark in Raleigh, NC that left a bad taste in my mouth, but this branch in Colorado Springs completely remedied my view of the company and demonstrated the gold standard of service that EchoPark frequently brands itself as provider of. Hats off to them saving my opinion of EP and showing me how the company truly lives up to its reputation and name.
