First visit for an oil change, kept two days. Upon pickup of vehicle, was told to come back in 1k miles to check oil consumption. Didn't get 20miles and our Sonata about blew-up! In Hwy 589 'no- Upon pickup of vehicle, was told to come back in 1k miles to check oil consumption. Didn't get 20miles and our Sonata about blew-up! In Hwy 589 'no-where-land, no air conditioning car limped along home, scared too death of the over 100 degree heat index and No-Help/ Nor Concern from Anyone @ Wesley Chapel.!.!.! Car just needed an oil change! -Now our 'lil'workhorse Retirement Car' is dead.! Far Worse, this experience took years off our lives dealing with Wesley Chapel Hyndai as we've never been exposed to what we know now was/ is Preditory Business practices. This because of the Hundreds of similar complaints against the same dealership and employees. Hyundai Corporation can Not be aware of the above in their D.C. offices and South Korea. They should act before the upcoming S.E.C. investigation concludes. More

Michael Yee and Brad Layton have been incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process also delayed getting a reimbursement check for over $3,000 by several months due to finance depart unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process also delayed getting a reimbursement check for over $3,000 by several months due to finance departments lack of doing what they were supposed to do then to be told the car was never inspected despite guarantees it was was frustrating still Jasmine and the other lady were great when I dealt with them More

I was given technician’s recommendation and agreed to services needed but kept having problems and to keep coming back within short periods of time. Not sure why the subsequent services were not included services needed but kept having problems and to keep coming back within short periods of time. Not sure why the subsequent services were not included in the recommendations. I’m assuming they were not able to see the problem forthcoming. But overall I am pleased with the services that Hyundai Wesley Chapel provides. My thanks to Jasmine and the service team for keeping my car safely traveling on the road. More

I have to say this dealership has NO customer service AFTER you purchase/lease a vehicle. They have a knack for telling the customer it is their fault instead of owning up to the fact they messed up. Loved how the car salesman stood there quiet and did not say anything. The service department was unable to service my vehicle correctly on the first try in the two yrs I had my lease. If you don’t get the person you are calling, don’t leave a message as they will NOT return your call. In order to get help on two separate occasions, I had to drive to the dealership. The service rep laughed stating he does not get cell coverage inside the building. I can understand that issue but I called on a Thursday or Friday and left messages or left text messages. Just wondering why there was no response for 5 days. More

So was very good and helpful. Was happy my 18 year old car got a new alternator because of a valve cover recall issue. So It didn't cost me anything. Work on car was great as far as communication goes it sucked l called an estimate 15 times within 1/2 hour from time I dropped car off to 2 days after about an issue with the contact on loaner car milage sucked l called an estimate 15 times within 1/2 hour from time I dropped car off to 2 days after about an issue with the contact on loaner car milage was 3441 miles on car contracted 3741 I did not notice this till I left dealership I left numerous messages no call backs I talked to service dept they said they would have somebody call me and also talked to operator of your phone system about 10 times the operator said all the could do was transfer my call of course to voice mail I was so frustrated could not get anyone to return my calls I even asked why can’t they get someone that even mops floor to go over and tell somebody to call me back they said they can’t finally after a few days I get text that said part was not in for 10 days but still no personal call about mileage on contract so at that point I decided that it was a mute point because I was allowed 70 miles a day to drive loaner car and 10 days would more than make up for the discrepancy in 300 original miles on contract even when I dropped car off to pick up my car I was told just leave it they would have someone check it in later not when I was there I could have put a big dent in it and nobody even looked at to sign off that it was ok when I dropped it off I do appreciate the service done on my car and the use of a loaner car but like I said communication really sucked More
