Best Car Buying Day Since I've started buying cars, I can honestly say I have never had more of a pleasant time which was completely hassle-free, which is extremely impor Since I've started buying cars, I can honestly say I have never had more of a pleasant time which was completely hassle-free, which is extremely important to me. My previous vehicle fell on a bit of back luck and did not make it home from my last trip. I’ve been travel from dealership to dealership trying to find a suitable replacement for my last truck. My mother told me about the auto park, which I decided to visit Ourisman. I wasn’t immediately bombarded by a sales associate attempting to push anything on me. I had time to look over all the in-stock vehicles, and for the model I was looking for was very large. When I was ready, I was introduced to Ace Cujdik, this he made me completely comfortable, treating me like someone he knew and not just another possible sales. He was very knowledgeable on the various vehicles we looked at and although he wouldn’t admit it, I know I kept him well past the time he should have gone home. He was very patient and explained everything about the differences, similarities, and consideration that I may have overlooked. The biggest thing that I appreciated was that he was honest from start to finish. Of all of the sales consultants I've spoken to over the past week, he was the only one I promised to return and purchase from. The most fearful and stressing part of any vehicle purchase would be going through finance, and Dina was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. She did everything she could to not only get me into my selected vehicle but at a price that was affordable with protection that made complete sense. It is because of the action of these two individuals, I will make Ourisman CJDR of Clarksville, MY vehicle dealership. As I mentioned to Ace, I am a loyal person and if the product reflects the care and quality I see at the dealership, then they will have a customer for life. I want to say thank you to both Jason (Ace) and Dina for making my car buying day, hassle-free. More
