I had the pleasure of working with Jason who was very polite and professional. He exercised patience throughout the entire process and worked diligently to find me the perfect vehicle based on identifyin polite and professional. I also was assisted by Oliver who welcomed me to the BMW family. He was very polite as well and thorough in explaining the various features included with my car. He later sent me a video further explaining additional features. Overrall the experience was a very seamless and memorable one and I would most certainly recommend anyone looking to purchase a BMW to the Pembroke Pines location to deal with the friendly staff there as you leave feeling like family.
