"Repair"
- bossylady007I was disappointed with Terry Lee Hyundai when i first purchased my vehicle then Jason Broauddus & Corey Copehaver made good on the issues i had with them. I have only taken my care to the dealer but i think that is about to change I am not happy at all not don't get me wrong when they keep my care they give me a loaner to drive but I took my care back in December 2019 to have tune up, oil change the works and new tires i have always knew the tires were not NEW, they were used but i paid New Price, i was suppose to get windshield wipers what was consisted int the $1200.00 I spent REALLY! I bring it in recently because it would not start and roadside assistance said it was my Starter took it to dealer they said my starter was good and that it was just a bolt missing well the next day it would not start again so finally it started i brought it to the dealer and told them what is was and then at that time the starter was replaced i had a two year warranty and i have not had the care two years yet they claim i meet my miles well in 2019 all that money i spent and you did not know that the Starter was going out; you did a diagnostic. I recently paid for Front Breaks & Rotors, and now i need the back done but I am starting to believe I am getting taking for a JOKE! Now i have a list of all these issues my care need now......I was told they I would get a discount that did not happen, and they could not locate him when i picked up vehicle.
