He listens well and was able to quickly understand what I was looking for in a deal. He gave me a great price and fair value for my trade. I went on to buy an extended coverage package because of his willingness to tailor it to what would really meet my needs. Although I live closer to Team Toyota, I will be servicing my new Tacoma at Faulkner. The reason is simple, they clearly wanted my business more. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. Bad experience. I was told that they will give free scheduled services if i buy the car from them. After the purchase, they gave me the first service free as if they were doing me a favor. When i went for the second service they charged me and when i informed the service manager that i was told of this free services at the time of purchased. He told me that it is not possible and get something in writing from the sales team. When i went and checked with the sales manager, i was kind of insulted. I told him that was offered to me at the time of purchase. Then he replied me this "man.. we get nothing free in America". The salesman who baffled me with bullshit is Jason Brown and the sales manager with whom i spoke is Paul Scammahorn. My overall experience with this dealer was very bad. Please do not go there. I have other friends who had bought car from here also sharing similar experience. More
