I don't usually fill out survey's because I am very busy. It's 10pm but it is my pleasure to fill this one out. I invested over 3 weeks sourcing pick up trucks and received the most courteous and responsive service from Jason Brown at Faulkner Toyota. He listens well and was able to quickly understand what I was looking for in a deal. He gave me a great price and fair value for my trade. I went on to buy an extended coverage package because of his willingness to tailor it to what would really meet my needs. Although I live closer to Team Toyota, I will be servicing my new Tacoma at Faulkner. The reason is simple, they clearly wanted my business more. My Toyota experience was great. I drove to Faulkner from NJ because they were more responsive than any dealer I called or emailed, and they followed through with an honest, no hassle experience. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. The no-hassle, no-gimmick attitude was refreshing to say the least have ever had at a dealership. I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. There was no low-balling or phony double talk, the initial offer was much better then I had hoped for-- and I did my homework before going in. Mike listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and gave it me, it's as simple as that, and he saved me lots of money in the process. Thanks to them I'm driving worry-free in a new Toyota! More

everything was soooooo easy everyone was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The experience that was normally nerveracking, was so simple, with the help of our salesperson. Employees are friendly,courteous,knowledgeble and up front with all costs associated with purchase of automobile. They do not try to hide additional charges added later. Bad experience. I was told that they will give free scheduled services if i buy the car from them. After the purchase, they gave me the first service free as if they were doing me a favor. When i went scheduled services if i buy the car from them. After the purchase, they gave me the first service free as if they were doing me a favor. When i went for the second service they charged me and when i informed the service manager that i was told of this free services at the time of purchased. He told me that it is not possible and get something in writing from the sales team. When i went and checked with the sales manager, i was kind of insulted. I told him that was offered to me at the time of purchase. Then he replied me this "man.. we get nothing free in America". The salesman who baffled me with bullshit is Jason Brown and the sales manager with whom i spoke is Paul Scammahorn. My overall experience with this dealer was very bad. Please do not go there. I have other friends who had bought car from here also sharing similar experience. More
