The finance manager at this dealership ruined my new, used vehicle purchase experience. I have been waiting since April for my license plate which I still have not received. My second temporary registr used vehicle purchase experience. I have been waiting since April for my license plate which I still have not received. My second temporary registration has been expired since September 19th and I have been assured my plate is on it's way. I'm driving my new vehicle with no valid registration and with no inspection. I was trying to wait until I received my license plate before leaving my review but I just read a review from TaraB and it seems like the same thing happened to both of us. I was told multiple times that my 2017 Nissan Frontier was certified and came with an extended 100k mile warranty. The only thing I agreed to while with the finance manager was a 6 dollar bump in my payment to upgrade the included warranty to full bumper to bumper (Gap). The ad for my vehicle said 90 days until first payment would be due, when I asked about it I was told 45 was the best he could do. When I received my paperwork from the bank, and saw how much my loan was for, I almost passed out. Not only was my first payment due in 29 days from the purchase date, my loan term was different than I agreed to, and nothing as it turns out, was included with my vehicle. I was charged $3,176.00 extra for a warranty and GPS which I had to drive 4 hours each way back to the dealer to have installed. The finance manager used some extremely dishonest tactics with his docu-pad signature device. I singed almost everything on the docu-pad. Once I went back into the paperwork from the dealer, that he printed out and stuffed into an envelope, I saw pages of information with my signature on them that I had never seen before. I was excited when buying my new vehicle, but I'm not a fool. I ended up paying over 29k for a 24k vehicle because I was hustled by the finance manager. Kahlil was great to work with, Jason Cuglietto is a con man. I am fully aware of how serious these accusations are, but they are warranted and accurate. More

Just Purchased a 2020 night edition Ram 1500 and could not be happier, Dodge has really put a good product and a really great looking product out there with the 1500 and the Night edition had everything I not be happier, Dodge has really put a good product and a really great looking product out there with the 1500 and the Night edition had everything I was looking for. This is my second auto Purchased from Keith and Jason and another family member also bought one from them. Always get a great deal and treated like family, It's great to walk into a dealer and deal with great people instead of what could be out there. More

This makes me sad to leave this review because initially I had a great experience buying a new car here. Vince from sales and the sales manager were fantastic and got me a great price on a new Compass. Un I had a great experience buying a new car here. Vince from sales and the sales manager were fantastic and got me a great price on a new Compass. Unfortunately their finance department completely ruined, and continue to ruin the experience for me. I opted to go for an extended warranty (an additional 2,000) - my husband and I were told that this included tire/rim coverage as well as 7 year coverage. We were also told that we needed to come in the day after purchase to have a "GPS" put on the car - the only reason it was not on the car is that their "guy" wasn't in that day. Turns out the tire/rim coverage - is an additional $700 not covered in the $2000 extended warranty. The "GPS" is an additional $600 - not just "part of the sale" and it is not even put on by the dealership - it's added on by an outside company. I actually called corporate who assured me that adding a "GPS is not required nor is it standard practice". Worst part of all of this is that had they not screwed up my financing in the first place and I had to return to resign paperwork I may have never even realized the additional charges. 15 pages of paperwork to be signed, 4 pages that list additional charges and the "financing "information - The only place these "additional charges were listed was on one of the very last pages- definitely not in the first three pages that showed all of the "add on prices". I really thought that I read the contract and charges with a fine tooth comb, but must have missed it after the 15 previous pages. After some angry emails - they are taking the charges off and removing the GPS from my car. Unfortunately I have had to return to the dealership 4 times during this process, and am not done yet. What a waste of my time, and very deceptive practices. If you are going to buy from them - keep these things in mind and make sure you review all of the charges in the paperwork. More
