My 3rd new car purchase I recently purchased my third Hyundai Sonata from Allen Turner Hyundai. I have worked with Jason Diaz on each occasion and feel that he and Shahid Manzoor met all of my request and gave me the best deal he could have. As a woman buyer, I really appreciated the environment and low pressure, high information sales environment. I liked that Jason just handed me the keys to test drive the car and said see ya when you get back. I enjoyed the drive without feeling awkward or pressured. I’m not knocking stars because Jason was GREAT!!! BUT, the detailing team did scratch/rip my leather seat while getting it ready to go home. Not cool on a brand new $30K purchase. However, Jason addressed it immediately and has setup an appointment for an upholstery person to fix it. More
