TRADE Documents have been forged to complete a sale that should never have occurred. I contacted the BBB of Shreveport Bossier however Lander’s did not respond to any recommendation from the BBB. Their recommendation was that I retain an attorney. Who has money for that. I have contacted the finance company to get help with no support from them. There was a brief investigation on the part of the finance company. But they ultimately refused to provide any assistance. I sent documents to them proving the fact that Landers took my money for down payment forged trade documents and never returned my car after placing it in service for a promised repair. It is truly pathetic how these large companies are able violate the laws and regulations with no oversight or consequences. Trey Rogers should be prosecuted for forgery and theft. More

Working with JT was definitely a good experience I showed up a few minutes late and he was still in good spirits and eager to help me the vehicle that I did come to look at had already sold but he showed me up a few minutes late and he was still in good spirits and eager to help me the vehicle that I did come to look at had already sold but he showed me some better vehicles with lower mileage so that is definitely a plus we had test drove 2 vehicles to see if they suited me and if I was comfortable he definitely isn’t like a regular sales person that is like robotic you can actually have a conversation with him and kinda get to know who you are talking to you know and he talks you through the process so you know what you’re signing on and you know what you need to be able to afford the vehicle and basically just know what you’re getting into which is definitely helpful for anyone looking to buy overall he is a good person and a great salesman I would definitely recommend going to him for a next vehicle. More
