He made us feel comfortable with the process and that he was advocating for us to get our best deal. He told us about all the options available for purchase for this particular vehicle. We never felt that we were going to be taken advantage of during the negotiating phase. The closing went smoothly. I guess because from the very beginning we were very straight forward with our conversations. I never met a manager not even for a congratulatory greeting for purchasing the car. There was no need to go back and forth maybe that’s why. I am looking forward to deal with the service people and update you on that experience. More
