The team working at the Jim Ellis - Volvo of Marietta were fantastic. The customer experience was so good. They knew the diagnostic work might take a while so they got me into a loner car so I could get were fantastic. The customer experience was so good. Excellent to work with and they do great work to get you in and out in a timely manner. Not 5 * as they don’t do a curtesy wash of your car... odd as most dealers do that. The service of my vehicle was great. I also appreciated the car wash. I am also grateful for the complimentary snacks provided for customers. I recently had my Volvo in for regular service and oil change. Typically this includes topping off fluids but a few weeks later my wiper fluid runs out for the first time in two years of owning the car. C change.
