Jason Hartwell was highly knowledgeable from everything concerning how to sync our cell phones to the car to calculating a monthly payment that worked for our family. He wasn't pushy at all and we never felt pressured to buy. He was extremely patient as we went back and forth between cars. The follow-up after the purchase was great including a personal text the following day just checking to see if we had any questions about some of the car's technology. Our most pleasant vehicle buying experience EVER ! Our recent car buying experience began with " internet shopping for price comparisons and availability". Using autotrader.com we discovered that Zeck Our recent car buying experience began with " internet shopping for price comparisons and availability". Using autotrader.com we discovered that Zeck Ford seemed to have a large selection of the Edge or Lincoln MKX models we were looking for. One vehicle in particular seemed to be be very well priced given that it was a 2013 model with relatively low mileage. I was put through to Jason Hartwell who told me the vehicle I was most interested in was still available and we made an appointment to see it that afternoon. Having never been to the dealership, my wife and I were greeted warmly by friendly personnel and Jason could not have been any more informative or professional. We test drove the Lincoln MKX we were most interested in, then another Edge just to be sure we had the right vehicle for us. Jason was helpful to look thru other models in their inventory just to be sure we had the best value. There was NO pressure to make a buying decision at any time during our visit. Having done our "homework" I felt the vehicle was priced right and a good value. We wrapped up the paper work quickly. After the sale was completed Jason spent quite a while with us showing us additional features of our new vehicle and doing the Bluetooth sync of both our cell phones. It was a very professional, low pressure, relaxed car buying experience. More

We used CARS.com to locate cars to look at, and Zeck Ford by far had the best ads, and more inventory than any other local dealer. We narrowed down our search to the Ford Fusion Hybrid, and went to Zeck to by far had the best ads, and more inventory than any other local dealer. We narrowed down our search to the Ford Fusion Hybrid, and went to Zeck to look at them. Jason showed us a version with the options we wanted, and then took us on a test drive. We told him that the car had the wrong color, and we wanted to wait another month or so. He was fine with that, and spent a good amount of time showing us all of the features and options, and explained how they worked. Approximately 1 month later we noticed they had a car that we liked on CARS.com, so we drove up to look at it. Jason took us on a test drive, and went into more detail on how everything worked. Their no haggle price was very competitive, and we signed the papers in a matter of minutes. This by far was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had, and the total time from the start of the test drive to walking out with the keys was less than 3 hours. More

Although we weren't ready yet to purchase a vehicle, we initially stopped in Zeck Ford to test drive an Explorer to be sure it was the vehicle we would pursue in the future. During our initial visit, Jason Hartwell answered all our questions, took us on a test drive, and even took the time to explain and demonstrate the many features inside the vehicle. Not only was this visit informative, but we also never felt pressured at all to begin buying anything. He even helped us to narrow down exactly what we were looking for in our future vehicle so we would have an accurate estimate on price we could expect to pay. We ordered our vehicle on December 31st and picked it up a couple days after its delivery to the dealership on March 5th. As you can imagine we were more than anxious for our vehicle's arrival by the time February came around. Jason kept us well informed on our vehicles' status by providing phone call updates anytime the vehicle status changed. Living two hours away we weren't able to make it to Leavenworth to pick up our vehicle until nearly 6pm. The staff at Zeck took our drive into consideration by having our paperwork prepared for signatures and processing upon our arrival. They never rushed us at all, even considering we didn't leave their dealership until over an hour and a half after their closing time. They took the time to make sure we understood the features of our vehicle, and felt comfortable with these features, prior to our return home. I recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle in the future! More
