It's always a little risky buying a vehicle that far from home so I was a little afraid of what I would find. Jason had his driver pick me up when I arrived in Kansas City and took me to the dealership. I was super pleased with what I found. Jason had not only done the usual check up on the truck but had taken care of every detail that did not check out perfectly. He put 4 brand new tires on the vehicle and had done a complete brake job as well. The truck not only looked brand new but drove like a brand new truck as well. Jason went through all the paperwork very quickly and orderly and I was in and out of the dealership, including the test drive, in an hour. I drove back to Denver with out a flaw. My Son and his family live in Lawrence, KS and I beginning to look at getting a new vehicle, after I told them of my experience with Jason at Zeck Ford they were excited about visiting the dealership. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. If you are looking for a great vehicle at a great price, you really cannot beat these guys - I strongly recommend Zeck Ford and will definitely check with them the next time I need a vehicle. The climate control on our edge was not working properly when we test drove it. Jason and the mechanics assured us it was only a minor problem and they fixed it the morning after we bought the edge and was suppose to deliver it to us the same day it was fixed. The one and only issue that my wife and I had with Zeck Ford came when the Edge was suppose to be delivered. There was a communication issue when the driver said he would be headed our way shortly, and my wife waited for 3-4 hours to hear from the driver before we called the driver ourselves. We then just went ahead and picked up the edge without any problem. Like I said, it was only a minor miscommunication and it did not detour us from purchasing the car. My wife drives the Edge primarily and she absolutely loves the car! When we have contacted Jason with any issues, he immediately handles the situation to make sure we have the best experience with the vehicle. I would have given the dealership 5 out 5 stars easily without the miscommunication issue. More
