I arrived 15 minutes from closing I am giving Zeck Ford Dealership a 5 star rating because of the excellent all around experience I received there. I arrived 15 minutes from closing and Jason Hartwell, the internet salesman, assisted me since all the other salespeople were helping other customers. Jason did not rush me out of the dealership that day even though it was getting ready to close. Jason called and followed up with me the next couple of days. I arrived at the dealership and Jason, my daughter and I went on a test drive. He took about 45 minutes to show my daughter all of the special features (ex. MP3) to her new car. I received several e-mails and phone calls from a variety of personnel from the dealership congratulating me about my vehicle purchase. Zeck Ford Dealership has really made my daughter and I feel so special. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase. More

Jason was the best salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesperson. We communicated by cell phone, text, and email, and jason even worked with me on his days off and off normal hours. He even had the car delivered to me for a very reasonable fee. I never once stepped foot in the dealership. The car was exactly as described and Jason has aquired a lifelong customer. Keep it up, Zeck Ford!! More

There were a few paint dings in my new edge and when Jason saw them he got me right into the shop to have them fixed and gave me a nice vehicle to drive in the mean time.
