Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Kept us there hours longer than necessary. As a woman, I felt they talked only to my husband and expected him to have the ever had buying a vehicle. Kept us there hours longer than necessary. As a woman, I felt they talked only to my husband and expected him to have the information since he was 'the man'. Extremely disrespectful. Now - more than two weeks later AFTER the purchase of the new truck- they notified me that they didn't have the correct paperwork for the deal and I have to get them additional documentation. In the meantime, they have NOT paid off my trade and that is affecting my credit score. Dealing with Ferguson is a mess and I suggest going somewhere else for a more smooth and pleasant buying experience. Buyer Beware! More
