We took our 2004 Cayenne to Bakersfield Porsche for front suspension issues. The initial cost estimate was quite high but Jason did his best to reduce the amount to a more paletteable level. Jason was also suspension issues. The initial cost estimate was quite high but Jason did his best to reduce the amount to a more paletteable level. Jason was also quick to respond to my inquiries. Not sure who is running the service department but they do a terrible job. I bought a car recently and have had problems with it as soon as I drove it off the lot. I don’t feel they stand behind the produc do a terrible job. I bought a car recently and have had problems with it as soon as I drove it off the lot. I don’t feel they stand behind the product because all they kept telling me is that it wasn’t their fault. I asked for a car to drive while they fixed my car and they said they couldn’t do that. Customer service is terrible. More
