Right price, right trade value, red carpet service This is my second truck I've bought from Jason. It means something that I came back. No hassle, best price on my trade and my new purchase, fantastic pricing on dealer installed options, concierge-level service. I will be back. I can't think of a thing that could have been done better. He found a truck equipped just the way I wanted and they drove to Nebraska to go get it. Awesome. My only thing I would love to see is this dealership offer pick up and drop off service for maintenance. More

Extreme Dissatisfaction With Online Sales At JM Ford I am a California Resident, and had the misfortune of dealing with Joe Machens Ford. When looking for a Chevy Caprice, I inquired about the two 2011 C I am a California Resident, and had the misfortune of dealing with Joe Machens Ford. When looking for a Chevy Caprice, I inquired about the two 2011 Chevrolet Caprice PPVs That JM Ford had in stock. I was informed by Mr. Jason Lane that Joe Machens had two cars, one with 105,000 miles and one with 121,000 miles that they were asking the same amount of money for. I expressed my interest in the lower mile Caprice and to negotiate a price/shipping for the vehicle to my residence here in CA. Moments after, I was informed that the lower mile Caprice was just sold, and only the higher mile unit was available. Upon hearing this, I begrudgingly accepted to buy the higher mile unit, with promises by the seller that the vehicle was, aside from the mileage, functionally identical to the lower mile vehicle. With this assurance, I decided to buy the car and send payment/ sign the paperwork that was fedexed to me. After the transaction was completed (on paper at least) I was browsing the JM Ford website, and found a photo of the dash of my new vehicle that appeared to be showing a Traction Control Light. THIS PHOTO WAS NOT ON THE EBAY AD. I asked the seller to confirm the light was on, and he sent me a photo showing that the light was in fact lit, and because I bought the car "as is" I should have expected problems from a used car, even though prior to sending payment, I was sold the vehicle as "functionally in great condition" and "identical to the other, lower mile unit aside from the odometer", which did not have any lights shown on the dash or any issues based on the provided photos on eBay or your website. He also informed me of a wheel imbalance issue at this time, another fact that was not included in my inquiry of the vehicle's condition prior to the sale. All in all, I feel that Mr. Jason Lane purposely withheld information from me in order to sell a car in poorer condition than the car I inquired about for the same price. After receiving the vehicle two Saturdays ago and attempting to diagnose the problem, it has become evident that the EBCM is faulty, and will be a high three to low four figure repair for a problem that was hidden from me during the sale of the vehicle. I feel that a combination of half-truths, deceitful sales tactics, and complete fabrications have led me to own this Chevrolet Caprice, and I am completely and thoroughly dissatisfied with the lack of honesty and integrity exhibited by Mr. Jason Lane through phone and text correspondence. Stellar Experience I purchased a used Toyota from out of state and although the logistics were a bit overwhelming, Jason and the rest of the team came through for me. Easiest vehicle purchase ever! My husband and I stopped in just to browse and left with the Jeep I've wanted since I was 16 years old. Jason Lane was by far, the easiest salesman we've ever worked with. He understood we didn't want to be pressured and left us free to browse as we wished but was available to answer any questions we might have. His easygoing, no pressure demeanor prompted us to buy the Jeep Wrangler we stopped to look at. I would highly recommend Jason if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Gene Buck in the financing department was awesome as well. He wasn't overly pushy with the warranties etc as some finance department personnel are. We plan on visiting Jason again soon for a new truck as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE. GREAT STAFF. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

Great Customer Service!! We found the vehicle we wanted on Ebay, and contacted Mr. Jason Lane. Mr. Lane assured us that if we drove the 10hr trip that the vehicle we wanted wo We found the vehicle we wanted on Ebay, and contacted Mr. Jason Lane. Mr. Lane assured us that if we drove the 10hr trip that the vehicle we wanted would be worth the trip. And he was right!! We got the vehicle and financing we wanted!! Gene in the finance department was great in getting the rate that was fair for us. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my time, and this was by far the easiest buying experience of my life. Other car dealers could learn a lot from Joe Machens Dealerships!!! More

I would not recommend this dealership. I had an unpleasant experience at JM and the situation was not properly managed by the Sales person and the manager. Overall my experience was very easy and convienent again. All I had to do was let Lance know what car I was interested in, and it was brought to me. I love that because I dont have much free time. Lance and Jason took the time and explained the car itself and paperwork very thoroughly, which I appreciated. I will definitely continue to go to Machens and deal with Lance & Jason in thr future. More
