If I could give this dealership a negative 10, I would do so without hesitation. It initially started off as a good experience, but then the lying / lack of return of phone calls, and just plain TOTAL unp do so without hesitation. It initially started off as a good experience, but then the lying / lack of return of phone calls, and just plain TOTAL unprofessionalism kicked in. I purchased a new truck on November 20th, 2025. I was told that I would receive my registration and new permanent tag, in about 2-3 weeks. Today is January 12th, and my truck sits in my driveway because the temporary registration has run out, and I cannot drive it legally. During this time frame, I have been told numerous lies from I did not send in the proper proof of residency, to you will receive it in a day or two. I have everything safely documented, and after asking for a return phone call since last Thursday January 8th on 5 different occasions, only to be ignored, I will be contacting an attorney, the Better Business Bureau and Dodge Corporate Headquarters tomorrow morning. I will also be getting my loan company involved and advise them of the situation, and that I will not be making payments for a vehicle that I cannot drive legally, and to take the situation and lack of payment up with my Attorney. I have a brand-new truck sitting in my driveway that I cannot drive legally due to the incompetence of this HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. I have observed that the OWNER of this Dealership sometimes send reply comments on reviews. I would accept that with OPEN ARMS. Maybe He or She could help me out so I could actually drive my new truck, rather than having it sit in my driveway. If you can avoid this dealership, do yourself a favor and do so by any means. More
