Made an appointment and drove an hour to get there. Told the young lady at the counter the problems I was having with my power steering going out intermittently, the third brake light not working, and Told the young lady at the counter the problems I was having with my power steering going out intermittently, the third brake light not working, and a leak on the back power steering gearbox. Dropped the jeep of the night before and waited to hear from them. my 11 I had not heard anything so I called. She said she had to check with the tech and she would call me back. Never called back. I called again about an hour later and she said that the manager drove it and noticed the problem but cant see what is causing it, but if I wanted to pay 190 dollars they would drain, flush and refill the power steering system. Mind you it has 26k miles and is still under warranty. I asked if the flush would fix it and she said they do not know. So I opted not to waste money on a guess. I went to pick up my jeep and was handed the Key with no paperwork to sign which is really weird because if a tech touches your vehicle in the shop you have to sign acknowledging the work that was done and what was found. I am going to assume that the vehicle never even made it into the shop to a techs bay. I say this because there was no mention of the third brake light or the oil leak and they are both still problems. Save your self the hassle and trip and just do the work your self or find another dealerships service dept. to use. Boy do I miss Cape Coral Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More
