No pushing add-ons - ‘arm twisting’. I’ve always dreaded this part of the pickup process, but not this time. It really was terrific. My only issue is with a 2nd key fob that was not provided. I’m not totally clear why i don’t have it and what the delay is in getting that to me. You can’t setup a digital key on your phone unless you have both key fobs. More

In addition, since the car didn’t have the calipers already painted in my chosen color, he arranged for that to be done with a 3rd party vendor. During this time he also arranged for me to get another 2026 vehicle of the same model so I would not miss out on my new car experience.
