As always, the service staff were friendly and courteous. Accommodations in the waiting area are always pleasant. Even though I did not have an appointment and it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, staff were patient and thorough but still had me out in a timely fashion. More

Service but took too much time Was not greeted as usual. Was told up front it would take 1 1/2 hrs.
