Oil change and tires rotated Husband took my Nissan Rogue In for scheduled service. It was so easy to make an appointment. Service staff were very friendly and thorough. I had a great experience with the service department.. I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department. They are very kind and understanding. Jeremy and Jason have made sure that eve I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department. They are very kind and understanding. Not Five Star Yet Armada was brought in for 5000 mile service. The next morning I noticed that all the valve stem covers were missing. Makes me wonder what else was mi Armada was brought in for 5000 mile service. The next morning I noticed that all the valve stem covers were missing. Makes me wonder what else was missed. My service receipt states Jeremy as my service adviser, however I can confirm he was not in fact my service adviser. Contacted dealership to talk to service adviser, however dealership was unable to locate him. Left message with receptionist to have him call me. No one returned my call. More
