We had a great experience getting our new vehicle at Lisa Nissan off Saratoga. We worked with Steve Laffer to choose our Nissan Murano. The dealership was very clean and very organized. All staff very professional. I hope the managers change the way of quoting monthly payments. You get a quote and turns out is over $30 more per month All staff very professional. I hope the managers change the way of quoting monthly payments. You get a quote and turns out is over $30 more per month than Right now another dealer. There is only 1 reason I stayed with Lia and that’s because of the sales rep. Next time if it happens I will not change my mind. I’ve been in sales my whole life and there are ways to stay out of controversy like mine. More
