Very please with my experience. Traded in my car for a used truck. Chuck helped me out with the test drive and cleaning the truck up for delivery. He was very professional through the whole experience and was very low pressure negotiation. We came to a mutual agreement on trade in value and truck value and finished the necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend Chuck as a sales associate to help you out. More

Quicker Service than Walmart I showed up unannounced (a habit of mine) and JD from the start was welcoming and humorous. I was test driving my desired car in under 6 minutes and t I showed up unannounced (a habit of mine) and JD from the start was welcoming and humorous. I was test driving my desired car in under 6 minutes and the deal was sealed in no time. JD has a great sense of humor and didn't make me feel pressured. But then again I am two feet taller than him. Who can intimidate me? :P Great service and good overall experience working with Suntrup Ford in Westport. The only tragic experience I had was when I noticed the lobby's couches look like they're from 1976. But then again I hear vintage is trendy. More
