I was very disappointed with the professionalism from this dealership. I brought in my truck which I purchased from that dealership five years prior with engine trouble and front end trouble. They said t this dealership. I brought in my truck which I purchased from that dealership five years prior with engine trouble and front end trouble. They said that they could fix the truck, but they needed some parts and that they had to diagnose the engine problem. When I went in to talk about the engine problem, I decided that this was the third engine in the truck, which is very frustrating to deal with, and I decided to just trade in the truck and get a new one from the dealership. When the sales person said that they could not give me any money back from the parts that were ordered and that I essentially paid for those parts, I was very disappointed. I spoke to the owner, and he just gave me a bunch of lip service. I will never buy another truck from your dealership again. Between me and my family members, we have bought probably 10 vehicles from your dealership in the last 10 years. More
