The color vehicle I wanted was not available and I decided to sleep in it. Darryl then reached out to me a few days later. I let him know that the vehicle I wanted was in Puyallup and asked if it was possible for NW Chevrolet to get the vehicle. Darryl informed me that they could do a dealer swap. When I was ready to trade in my vehicle, Nolan actually went down to Puyallup and brought the car to NW Chevrolet. The car was there when I arrived. Both Darryl and Nolan went above and beyond for us. We appreciate their time and help with putting me in car I wanted. I am extremely happy with them and everyone at NE Chevrolet. More

Good costumer service however the oil life indication was not reset nor was the new window sticker installed. Almost a no on selecting for the service center yes/no tab. I do say yes because of the customer service behind the desk. But I will say oil cap was left off and it was a 90+ mile round trip to get fixed. tab. I do say yes because of the customer service behind the desk. But I will say oil cap was left off and it was a 90+ mile round trip to get fixed. Of course my wife took it it and did not know what to look for after the service. Like the CHECK ENGINE light over both days. Yes, maybe she would not be driving if she does not know to look at that. Good thing I have On-star and they alerted me. Also my tire pressures are still very low after the second trip up there. I drove the truck 20 miles today and the pressures we never above 33psi. More
