I’m one that usually stays clear of automobile dealership because I hate the pressure that the sales people give when looking at a vehicle. The experience we had with Richard was much different and if everyone treated customers like he did people wouldn’t hesitate to step into a car dealership. He was more interested in making sure that we were 100% satisfied with the vehicle and was getting a price that we felt good about rather than making you feel uncomfortable like he’s pressuring you just to make a sale. if your visiting this dealership I would make sure you ask for him. He went above and beyond and will definitely be back. More
