Jason was super friendly and very helpful. He was perfect. My only complaint is that I came by without an appointment. There is an 'express lane.' I was told by someone else it would be almost two hours. So I made an appointment for the next week. Even with the appointment, I was at the dealership for almost an hour and a half. For just an oil change. Didn't love that. More

I was told that they needed a 24 to 48 hours to review my car and hopefully find out what’s wrong with it. One I didn’t get any updates. I had to be the one reaching out to. They ended up wanting to keep my car and hopefully find out what’s wrong with it. One I didn’t get any updates. I had to be the one reaching out to. They ended up wanting to keep my car for longer than they told me too, and three when I picked up my car, they hadn’t even looked at it whatsoever. Some of us don’t have the means unfortunately to have a backup car and to wait for them until they feel like checking the vehicle. More
