I was disappointed with a paint repair. I told the salesman I would take care of the damaged paint on the inside of a door myself. When I picked it up I was told the damage had been fixed I told the salesman I would take care of the damaged paint on the inside of a door myself. When I picked it up I was told the damage had been fixed for me. Turns out someone just slathers some paint on without cleaning and sealing the bare metal first. It rained on my way home and the rust was showing through the repaired area the next morning. The repair created more work as I have to strip everything off and neutralize, seal and repaint. After getting the car home, the first time I went to use it the battery was dead. It was old and wouldn't take a charge. Your online ad stated the car had a CD player. It doesn't. I should have verified or known better. More

Shottenkirk in Waukee is the dealer I highly recommend! Their customer service is A++++++. They don't push you into buying, but work with you to find what your looking for. Chance was so helpful from the moment that he picked up the phone, to having the vehicle we were interested in pulled right up front for us when we drove on the lot. The process went pretty quick and smooth. there was some issues with the car/ pieces missing and I was told that they would look into it and get back to me but I have not heard anything from there was some issues with the car/ pieces missing and I was told that they would look into it and get back to me but I have not heard anything from them since I bought the car. Also there was no word or mention of a warranty to cover the vehicle before I bought it so I could get that mixed in with the price / payments until I was sitting in the finance office with a check that was already filled out and ready to pay for it. That would have been a great thing to bring up and that should have been brought up from you guys before I bought the car More
