I receive from the service technician explaining what they’re doing and what they see, this is a great tool! My specific experience this time was unusual, I’ve been quoted a price for service work and received a text message later that morning from someone quoting that the price would be four times as much. I texted you back that that was not what I had agreed to, they then started haggling the Price with me over text message. I then asked for a manager, which I never got. I did get a call back from the service rep. I originally spoke with. Overall, the work was done, but that was the first time I had ever experienced a full-fledged documented bait and switch from this dealership.

Before I met them, my whole experience at the Kia dealership with the other salesmen was so disappointing. But these two? They flipped the script. They made sure I was comfortable, explained everything about my car in detail, and even put me in a WAY better vehicle than I was expecting.
Honestly, I’m obsessed with how they went above and beyond. They totally deserve a raise and a shoutout because they’re just that good. If it weren’t for Brandon and TJ, I wouldn’t have even bought my car from that dealership. They made the whole process so smooth and fun, I actually enjoyed shopping for my new car!
