They kept my car over a week, when I called to check on
job completion I was told the mechanic was almost done, but that was not true. When I went to the dealer; I was told that they were waiting on parts.

Unorganized and very rude after initial visit.
Left with out diagnostics and a broken fuel line. Agreed to return diagnostics fee but still have not received and refused to pay for fuel line. Pape

Paperwork was not ready upon pickup and car could not be located. I had to ride a golf cart to help find it. When found it was unlocked with keys inside. We asked for a diagnostics and received a 21 point inspection, not what we asked for. Tech said he couldn’t get car to mimick problem. Got car back home and it burned up two starters. Engine is seized which should’ve been covered under KIA warranty. This place is a joke.

Landers Kia sold me a used car that they sold as brand new, serviced regularly, then took as a trade-in. No warranty, 1-owner only 44k miles. 4 days
Landers Kia sold me a used car that they sold as brand new, serviced regularly, then took as a trade-in. No warranty, 1-owner only 44k miles. 4 days after getting the vehicle, the transmission went. I spoke with someone in service, who was going to see if they can do anything. Said he would let me know tomorrow, then stopped answering my texts, & didn't return a voicemail. So now I'm out another $7000 to replace the transmission. Demand a warranty from this place, even if it's a week! They don't do right by the customer.
