Lander -Kia dealership is top notch. It took a few minutes to get it figured out in making sure all 'boxes" are checked. They kept my car over a week, when I called to check on job completion I was told the mechanic was almost done, but that was not true. When I went to the dealer; I was told that they were waiting on parts. job completion I was told the mechanic was almost done, but that was not true. Unorganized and very rude after initial visit. Left with out diagnostics and a broken fuel line. Agreed to return diagnostics fee but still have not received and refused to pay for fuel line. Paperwork was not ready upon pickup and car could not be located. I had to ride a golf cart to help find it. When found it was unlocked with keys inside. We asked for a diagnostics and received a 21 point inspection, not what we asked for. Tech said he couldn’t get car to mimick problem. Got car back home and it burned up two starters. Engine is seized which should’ve been covered under KIA warranty. This place is a joke. More
