First off, it didn't have that "dealership feel. " Instead, it felt more welcoming to me. Anyone I spoke with was so helpful. The dealership was clean! Not just clean, but CLEAN. Even the coffee was 5 out of 5, and it wasn't even a coffee shop! I don't know if this is just the dealership's rating or not but I'd like to commend my man Jason Willbrand. Absolutely amazing! He didn't make me feel like I'm being talked to by a "salesman," but more like a knowledgeable buddy answering all of my (some dumb, I'm sure) questions. Usually, buying a car, new or used, is worse than getting teeth pulled. That is absolutely not true with Ed Napleton Honda. My ONLY gripe is that it was quite a drive. But that is in no way the dealership's fault. Definite 10 out of 10! I hope my next question isn't "What do you think of your salesman?" since I've already said how Jason made me feel like a friend, or like longtime neighbors. More
