Service Indifference Purchased a 2018 BMW 540 ix from Leith -- sales representative was excellent. However, when I called with a serious problems with the new car, my con Purchased a 2018 BMW 540 ix from Leith -- sales representative was excellent. However, when I called with a serious problems with the new car, my concern was dismissed by the so called Leith technical advisor "Mechanic or Service Manager". The new BMW 540 has burned 3 quarts of oil in 3,000 miles. Leith's response was this was within specifications and dismissed my concerns out of hand. When I called another BMW dealer, they were very concerned and stated this should absolutely not be happening. They took my car in for service at 8am the next day and provided me a loaner car for as long as it takes to hopefully diagnose and solve the problem. More
