They sold me a 13 Chevy cruze used and 40 miles later the engine had a malfunction and then had me pay out of pocket for the repairs. Then after getting a bill of $372 for labor for a coil and getting trans engine had a malfunction and then had me pay out of pocket for the repairs. Then after getting a bill of $372 for labor for a coil and getting transmission fluid down to right level and thats including the $70 they charged for spark plugs their prices are outrageous and if you call them out on it they will ignore you. Buyers beware. Incredibly disrespectful service department. they don't take responsibility. More

Love my new car! Shannon was great and so was Travis went over the financing. I do have an issue with some white stitching on the dash reflecting in the windshield rig Shannon was great and so was Travis went over the financing. I do have an issue with some white stitching on the dash reflecting in the windshield right in my line of sight but Shannon is getting that taken care of. Monday the 9th. Great experience! More
