Wrote a review on August 9th and put Jason's name on it. We talked and it was not Jason's fault, another service person was not working well with me. went for a oil change with coupon, they charged an extra 15 dollars besides the coupon, have had it changed at holz in watertown many times and they never charge extra. Would not adjust the bill. I have purchased several vehicles from this Ewald location over the past 20 years, as have my parents and my daughter. I cannot give them enough praise. From the show floor to the service center to the office, I'm greeted friendly with a smile. I have never once felt disgruntled after visiting. I realize that the process of buying a car can be intimidating and a hassle. However, I don't feel like that when purchasing a car from this company!
