The service manager, Jason was awesome. He cleared up a service record that had some missing information. As always Ken Hirn was personable and accommodating. Mike, the finance manager was informative and helpful but wouldn't budget on the service contract pricing which left a bad taste in my mouth because it was too high. I probably shouldn't have taken it. Overall, I would recommend Ewald to family and friends. More

I had taken my 2022 3500HD Silverado to Boucher in Waukesha to have them review the same parking brake issue I had your service team review a couple weeks ago. They acknowledged the statements I ma Waukesha to have them review the same parking brake issue I had your service team review a couple weeks ago. They acknowledged the statements I made that I was asking your team to look into. When your team looked into the parking brake issue they found that the brake pads had separated from the backing plate and Boucher confirmed that as well. However, when I had asked Michael how something like that could have even happened on a 3 year old vehicle he conferred with what he told me was your senior technician. Your technician stated that the issue was from me driving off without disengaging the brake. Nothing was else was looked into. I informed Michael that every time before I drive away when the parking brake is engaged I press the button with my foot on the brake and wait till the screen tells me the parking brake has been disengaged and I had asked Michael if there was any way that this would be a malfunction of the parking brake not releasing properly. He just repeated what your senior tech had said. I had informed Boucher of this information I had received from your senior tech and they too were confused as to 1) why did the pads separate from the backing plate, and 2) was there some kind of malfunction with the parking brake not releasing properly as well. Upon inspection from their team they were able to confirm my suspicions that the parking brake was not operating properly and not releasing when it should have. This was conveyed to warranty and confirmed that it will be a warranty fix. I wanted to relay this information to you since you had stated when I stopped in on the morning of the 11th of August that it seems I’m the only one having issues with your team. Through clarification of other service teams my assumptions were verified and their service staff didn’t blame me for the problems as you and your team seem to do. I never once asked for anything for free from you or your team. If I had been receiving service from you and was “consistently having problems” and I was asking for something for free I could maybe see how someone would suspect that these issues now and in the past were potentially related to me. All I had asked for was stellar service and that’s it. I don’t appreciate statements about how the issues were on me. I hope this message will lead you into investigating how your team operates. But unfortunately I will be using other dealerships with all of this being said. More
