At the beginning the associate was putting so many barriers since I didn’t buy my keep there. He questioned me why I want to wait to the service to be done. I asked him if they would provide rides. Broke down on interstate close to dealership. Limited 1500 less than a year old that local home dealership kept telling there was nothing wrong with. Lost a center cap from tire rotation after the 1st routine service. Didn’t mention it. 2nd routine service; didn’t rotate tires. Brought vehicle for warranty inspection, two separate times upon reques routine service. Didn’t mention it. 2nd routine service; didn’t rotate tires. Brought vehicle for warranty inspection, two separate times upon request. Service manager blames warranty claims for his poor communication skills. Had 3 phone conversations with no resolution. I no longer accept calls from them and do not use them for vehicle maintenance. More
