I purchased my 2024 Civic 10 months ago. I have NOT had a chance to enjoy my experience with this car. The first 2 weeks I requested that they check the car because my tires in front felt as I have NOT had a chance to enjoy my experience with this car. I requested service for it and they had it ALLDAY only to still have the issue feel as if it was getting WORSE!! It felt as if they put a bandage on it and keep Gaslighting me . I took my car to Balise Honda in North Attleboro where they found the Battery was NO GOOD. I had them rotate the tires and that same Issue I have had since the purchase is so Bad I feel the tire is gonna come of and Kill me. I ride my grandkids in this car. I'm going to schedule an appointment with Balise and see if they can be true and care about my Safety and fix the issue tom keep me Safe and be able to enjoy the car. I just want people to know DO NOT Trust Honda of Hanover. I will return after my scheduled repair with Balise Honda and see if they care about my Safety. Also watch them they put and 8 per cent interest rate on the car and In had to refi with my Bank Capitalone . Just so you know going in THEY ARE CROOKS.
