I have used this dealership for over 20 yrs. I have never purchased a car anywhere else. The staff is ALWAYS there to assist me no matter what I happen to need! Over the past few months I had been looking to trade in my car and purchase a new car. I kept looking and going in and talking to Jasper each month letting him know I was looking and just waiting for the right car. He was ALWAYS honest with me and didn't tell me something just to sell me a car. Well, after ALL his hard work I finally purchased a new Honda Accord 2 days ago and I could not be happier! Jasper was great. We remembered him from a first visit to the dealer over 1 year ago. We was great then and not at all pushy or overbearing. He let us move at our own pace. We specifically went to McKinney Salinas over Hendrick, which is closer to us, because we knew people who had bad experiences at Hendrick and we'd had good experience with McKinney Salinas' service departm which is closer to us, because we knew people who had bad experiences at Hendrick and we'd had good experience with McKinney Salinas' service department in the past. Although we figured we would buy a car from McKinney, we didn't expect to buy it the day we walked in. Jasper did a really great job of explaining everything and quite frankly we felt he was able to give us an offer we couldn't refuse. We live more than 30 minutes away, but we probably will try and bring it to McKinney for service when possible due to the excellent service we received. Thanks and we love our new car!!!! More

The dealership sent someone to my job, and put the spare on for me, then on to the dealership to repair the tire. What other dealership would of done that?? I really appreciated them doing this for me.Then the tect guy helped me with the phone connection in my car. These people have always been fair and resonable anytime I have been there. Couldn't ask for better service. P.S. I LOVE MY NEW 2013 HONDA ACCORD. More

All members of the staff were very friendly. I particular liked them being open, honest and "to the point". I really believe the prices paid for the cars were about the best around.
