Jasper is originally from Norwood, NC but has lived in Mt. Holly for the past 16 years. He began his career in automotive sales more than eight years ago and has been with organization for four years in sales. It means a lot to Jasper to be able to assist people with such a large purchase and is dedicated to giving the best customer service and experience that his customers deserve. Jasper is happily married for 16 years and has three great children. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and being active in his church's youth group, praise dance step team and choir.

Every part of buying a new Accord was a pleasure. Everything from customer service, quality of work, friendliness, etc. was top notch. I was looking for a solid car for my daughter and had an eye for a RAV4 and had been looking for about a month. i was at work and saw a good deal on the internet on a newer RAV4 with low miles. i got onlin eye for a RAV4 and had been looking for about a month. i was at work and saw a good deal on the internet on a newer RAV4 with low miles. i got online and immediately was able to communicate with felicia. felicia was very quick to repond to my questions, and i had a good feeling about the dealership. the price was very fair and i received the car, which was in almost new shape, in ohio from north carolina within a couple of days. jasper was extremely easy to deal with and jerry who did transport kept me informed of his progress throughout his trip. i had researched the pricing in ohio, and nothing had come close to it. i would not hesitant to buy from mckenney salinas honda again. More

Every person we came in contact with had a wonderful attitude. At no point did we feel pushed or manipulated into buying anything. Another dealer ended up selling a car I wanted, so I was in a pinch. I found this car online and emailed the dealership. They were very busy that day but Jasper ended up helping me with the car. I enjoyed my experience and I am glad it all worked out for the best. Jasper is a personable person, who you can talk to on a comfortable level. I was never pressured to buy the car and he never tried to "sell" me the car. He let me make the choice and got me what I needed. I would recommend Jasper, and this dealer, to buy a used car again. We had a great experience buying a 2005 Mazda MPV with this dealership. Jasper was our salesman and he was very nice. I liked that he didn't act like a salesman but was friendly and courteous giving us a this dealership. Jasper was our salesman and he was very nice. He made sure the car had a fresh oil change and even topped off the gas tank for us. Wow!!! We did, however, have a negative exerience. The morning after driving our "new" car home, my husband backed it out of the garage just to discover a large puddle of oil. This was a Sunday morning when most auto shops are closed. Fortunately, we have a Walmart Auto Center nearby. Turns out whomever did the oil change at McKenney-Salinas didn't put the plug on correctly causing nearly all of the oil to drain out. So thankful we caught this before driving our recently purchased vehicle around town. That could have left us with an extremely expensive repair bill! More

When I requested a quote for a 2011 Honda EX-L in Polished Metal from Truecar.com, I received three replies within about 10 minutes. The lowest quote was from McKinney-Salinas Honda in Gastonia, NC Polished Metal from Truecar.com, I received three replies within about 10 minutes. The lowest quote was from McKinney-Salinas Honda in Gastonia, NC which is about 80 miles from my home. I received a follow up call from Felicia Thompson at McKinney-Salinas the following day confirming the offer and was assured that their dealership could have the model and color I requested within a few days. I thought about it for a few days and also inquired about prices a three Honda dealerships with 25 miles of my home. None of them would attempt to compete with McKinney-Salinas on price. I then contacted Felicia to tell her I was ready to proceed with the purchase. The model I requested was on the lot with four days and I took delivery on the following day. The paperwork was handled quickly by Jasper Powe. He then gave me a comprehensive orientation to the new vehicle. I was surprised to find the dealership had, at their expense, installed wheel locks, mud guards, and applied a nice looking pin stripe. Jasper explained that this was a standard courtesy extended to their customers. I had previously noted that these were all dealer installed options with inflated prices at other dealerships that were often listed with a very expensive paint sealant (does Honda really use such poor paint that it requires a sealer costing hundreds of dollars?). I am happy to report that there were no extra charges of any kind at this dealership and that the internet quote I received within ten minutes of making a request was exactly the price I paid. I am not a highly experienced car buyer but I can say I left this dealership feeling good about making this purchase. The entire staff that I had contact with was courteous, efficient, and professional. More
