Tucson Subaru has been my automotive home since I moved to SE AZ in 2019. They serviced my 2015 Outback until I traded it for my 2025 Outback Wilderness. After the recent loss of my partner, the Outback felt too big and frankly too sad. We had bought that car together with plans to travel and camp. When I had it in for service, Javi did a painless trade in evaluation. Driving the nice loaner CrossTrek home, I realized that trading the Outback in was indeed a good idea. I got to shop, ponder, and think the idea over in the comfort of my home. Sean Johnson was informative, friendly, patient, never pushy, and kind during our many phone calls and texts. When I finally was able to get back to Tucson Subaru to complete the trade, Sean made the trade-in process not just easy, but sociable, friendly and honestly fun. There is much in life that is not in one’s control or fun. Doing this trade put me back in the driver’s seat. Having a certified pre-owned Crosstrek with no sad memories and a sporty feel is a big plus as I navigate the next phase of my life. Thanks to all the folks at Tucson Subaru.
