We understand your frustration with the delay in canceling your extended service contract and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Your concerns are very important to us, and we would like to address them with you personally. There is always an investigation into every matter that we see published. Once the investigation is complete, a member of our Management Team will be reaching out to you to get more information from you, address your concerns, and determine what can be done to make things right and hopefully provide you with a better experience. It is unfortunate that there are some lenders who will only work with franchise dealers. Most outside lenders do not operate within the guidelines necessary for allowing the customer to take immediate delivery of their car. Usually, however, those matters can be worked out, so you are able to take delivery of your car without having to wait. We work with over twenty of the nation’s strongest banks. There have been numerous times when we have been able to either match or beat an outside lender’s rates. We value you as a customer and we appreciate your business.
