Went to the dealership 5 weeks ago, I met my salesman, Javier. Sadly, they didn’t have the car I was looking for. But I liked the whole vibe of CarSquad. I gave Javier a list of things that were must haves. I told him when he gets the car I’m looking for call me, I’ll buy it. He called me Wednesday afternoon. He hit my requirements out the park plus some!
The whole time constant communication, CarSquad has a seamless purchasing process through their online portal. I submitted all my documents from my office.
We went in after work. My car was clean and ready to go once we got there. An item was missing, Javier and Bryan the manager got it to us in 30 minutes. We enjoyed complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate while we waited. Xavier who writes the sales contracts was great and Informative. We did a trade in. They offered us a VERY generous amount for our trade. Had everything prepped and ready for title transfer. We were in and out in no time.
The main guy in make ready has my car looking fresh from the factory.
We are officially CARSQUAD people for life!

We will be back in a few months.
I know Javier and Bryan will take care of us!

I have been trying to refinance the loan through my bank, and cannot get anyone from dealership or administration to return my calls / emails, or take care of cancelling the extended warranty (which I cancelled within 24 hours of purchase). Should have been concerned when my bank would not do business with them directly, so I had to go through their finance department. Have previously done business with Carvana, and had absolutely no problems. Carvana was very professional--this place is an absolute joke. Inexperienced salespeople, managers, etc. all the way up to the finance department, who try to sell you high cost options, and tell you it's easy to cancel at any time, which is a total lie. I have spent the past month on the phone trying to "cancel" an extended warranty which never took effect~makes me wonder why….this was in February and I am still waiting…

Once the investigation is complete, a member of our Management Team will be reaching out to you to get more information from you, address your concerns, and determine what can be done to make things right and hopefully provide you with a better experience.
It is unfortunate that there are some lenders who will only work with franchise dealers. Most outside lenders do not operate within the guidelines necessary for allowing the customer to take immediate delivery of their car. Usually, however, those matters can be worked out, so you are able to take delivery of your car without having to wait. We work with over twenty of the nation’s strongest banks. There have been numerous times when we have been able to either match or beat an outside lender’s rates.
