I had done my homework on the car when I walked in, had driven it, and knew where I wanted to be on price. He picked up on all of this in our first conversation and came back with a fair price. Easily the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Even after delivery, he followed up to make sure I was happy with everything and helped me get some additional accessories I wanted. A+++ for Javier!
