I did.I spoke to Juan at 533pm on Saturday. He asked for me to send over paperwork and he would have someone contact me. Its Sunday night and no one has contacted me so I filed a complaint with TRUE CAR. I have the TRUE CAR paperwork if anyone would like to see. And Ill gladly put my name to this complaint.
