A totally excellent experience from beginning to end Both Jay and Doug helped me. They were very courteous and patient with me throughout and spent a great deal of time making sure I understood how all Both Jay and Doug helped me. where NOT to go when looking for an auto 3 years ago we were welcomed with open arms. Recently we attempted to lease or buy at Plaza as RETURNING customers. No THANK YOU. We will NOT go to 3 years ago we were welcomed with open arms. Recently we attempted to lease or buy at Plaza as RETURNING customers. No THANK YOU. We will NOT go to PLaza Lincoln for anything. Things have changed over the 3 year time period & certainly not for better customer service. We will be certain to share with others where we live to NOT shop at Plaza Lincoln in Leesburg, Fla. This unwelcoming attitude starts at the top, so even though we did not see the face of Management & Finance Jay Bitzer was dictated to on "how to" make the sale/lease that did NOT happen & it won't now.
