The Franco Family We've been customers of this dealership since at least 2010. The service department is second to none with Ms. Leslie leading the way keeping every visit a pleasure. Ms. Leslie even lent me her sweater when I left mine and was a bit chilly in the waiting room. When my husband wants to make an upgrade to his already fun to drive accord coupe Mr. Mark Gartmen makes sure he has all the information he needs to make an informed decision. Excellent process with timely updates on delivery status. Jay Donkel was an expert on the vehicle and features. His patience in explaining and demonstrating all features was outstanding. Was not a pressure salesman and his actions and knowledge sold the vehicle. Hope to deal with Jay again when we get ready to trade and upgrade. More
